OPEN PLAY

To take part in Open Play, you must register and prepay. Each Open Play session will have a cap on the number of participants to ensure that everyone has adequate time to participate. Open Play sessions last for a total of two hours. Players should wait until the start of their planned session to enter the courts, and they should exit the courts once the session is finished.

You can pay for your Open Play using Account Credit or a Credit Card using our CourtReserve Online System. Depending on the sort of membership you presently have, CourtReserve will charge you the appropriate price.  Although a Gold or Silver membership is not required, it does save you money when you participate in Open Play sessions.

Read more about memberships.

Open Play events can be attended by players of any ability level, while others are for specific player levels. All players are required to abide by the Pickle Factory's standard rules of conduct. Players cannot monopolize a court by continuing to play with the same players and should consider renting their own court if they wish to do this.

If a session is full, you might be able to sign up for a waitlist. In order to be added to the Waitlist for the Open Play Session, there must be a Credit Card on file.

ORGANIZED PLAY

Similar to Open Play in that players sign up individually for certain sessions, Organized Play has a set play structure and is overseen by a staff member or designated member as opposed to Open Play's paddlestack play.

It is important for players to arrive on time and plan to stay the whole session since the format is constructed based on players playing the entire time.

Organized Play follows the same rules as Open Play registration, payment, and cancellations. See above.
